FAQ

How long will my order take to ship?

Once you have received your order confirmation email, your order may take about 3-5 business days to ship out. For shipping on orders out of the U.S can take up to 10 business days. 

Due to worldwide issues items may be but not subject to be delayed so allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping time. Thank you for your patience babe!

Can i return/refund/exchange and item?

No exchanges. All sales final.

If you would like to return an item, you have 30 days to do so. Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received. They also have to be in its original packaging.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.You must include your receipt as well. If approved, refunds will then be issued back onto your form of payment that was used.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If an item is on sale:

Unfortunately they cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items.

Shipping:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping when returning an item. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. 

What if my order gets lost or damaged?

Moonstar Lashes is not responsible for any lost items. If you see that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it you will have to contact the U.S postal service about it. If your package is damaged please send over an email to Moonstarcosmetics@outlook.com along with a photo of the damaged item and we will replace it for the same item for you.
